As the new paradigm of convergence of virtual and physical spaces took place, the importance of physical security was emphasized. However, many organizations do not have overall physical security control measures due to some misconceptions, such as seeing physical security as part of IT security control. Studies related to physical security in Korea are rarely dealt with, and in the current situation where basic data are insufficient, it is time to study the control elements that constitute physical security control measures. This study used the 'Delphi method', which can expect effective search for uncertain targets for the purpose of deriving the organization's physical security control elements. Through three steps of Delphi surveys, the overall physical security control elements were derived. Three elements such as architectural structure and environmental elements, electronic system elements, and human elements were organized into the first layer. and the second layer included 13 elements, and the third layer consisted of 37 elements. In the results, all elements of the electronic system and elements that are related to access control or perform direct control functions showed high Content Validity Ratio(CVR), while the ratio was low in the factors that have the inhibitory effect of indirect action and the management factor that promotes security improvement.
